Common questions

How much does No Lead Lost cost?
No Lead Lost is free for your first 5 hot leads with no credit card. Pro is $97 per month for 20 hot leads per month. Scale is $297 per month for unlimited hot leads. Pricing is per account, not per seat.
What counts as a lead?
A hot lead is a visitor who completes the widget and gives you their contact details. Visitors who start and abandon do not count against your plan.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 5 hot leads that never expire, one qualification widget, calendar booking, email notifications, and dashboard access. It does not require a credit card.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price for the whole account. Adding teammates does not change what you pay.
Is there a contract?
No. Billing is month to month and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
What happens if I go over my lead limit?
The widget keeps capturing and you are prompted to upgrade. Leads are not discarded because you crossed a plan limit.
Which plan do I need for HubSpot?
HubSpot sync is on the Scale plan. Pro includes Zapier, which covers most other CRMs.
